Mesa Water Video Contest Top Prize is $1,000!

Mesa Water District is inviting all high school and college students within the Costa Mesa community to submit a fun and informative video for a chance to win a grand prize. The Mesa Water community consists of Costa Mesa, parts of Newport Beach and more. This video must be 60 seconds or less and address one of the following questions:

• Why is it safe to drink Mesa Water straight from the tap? – #ByeByeBottled
• What does it mean to you that Mesa Water is 100% local? – #PurelyLocal
• Why do you love Mesa Water? – #ILoveMesaWater

All forms of creative video media are encouraged. This consists of animations, songs, poems, TikToks and more. The deadline to submit your video would be February 28, 2022 at 11:59pm. There will be three winners selected. The prizes consist of cash prizes:

1st Place – $1,000 2nd Place – $750 3rd Place – $500

The winners will be selected based on the accuracy, creativity, and quality of their video. Winners will be announced in March 2022 and will be invited to attend a Board Meeting within the Spring in order to be recognized and to receive their prize.
