Samson’s offers fresh taste to Vanguard

“Samson’s breakfast sandwiches are the best!” exclaimed Senior Ian Kaiser Clardy. Vanguard’s new cafe “Samson’s” has been described by students as one of the best things that has ever happened to the Vanguard University food service, and I must agree, the breakfast sandwiches at Samson’s are absolutely delicious.

Samson’s Cafe opened August 31st, as a part of the new Scott Courtyard Construction renovation. Located on the first floor of the new and improved Scott Courtyard, the cafe acts as a resource for quick meals, snacks, and coffee beverages. Samson’s provides better quality food than Outtakes, at a price cheaper than Starbucks, with coffee that tastes just as good, or better.

The renovations provided a new student patio with seating for all students and staff in the Vanguard community to compliment Samson’s. Because Samson’s is ran under Bon Appetite, Vanguard’s food provider, Samson’s can be paid for with flex dollars, provided by meal plans. If you haven’t already, make sure to go check out Samson’s Cafe, and the great environment that is blossoming apart of the new Scott Courtyard. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious!
