If you’re getting tired of reaching for the chips and candy bar, here are three dorm room eats that can be made if under 8 minutes. Happy Eatings!
Peanut butter Oatmeal Banana Shake:
1 banana
1 TBSP. peanut butter {I use Skippy Natural PB}
1/2 cup quick cooking oat
3/4 cups Almond Milk {I use Silk Vanilla Almond Milk}
I wish I could take credit for this one, but my roommate makes this unbelievable easy protein shake that it to die for and this is all it is. Feel free to modify it with regular milk, coconut milk, or even water. If you don’t have a blender, someone on your floor should have one, and hopefully they are nice enough to lend you theirs.
If you want to a thicker shake, peel and freeze your bananas the night before, and you will get a frozen and delectable treat! This recipe has no steps, just throw all the ingredients into a blender, and blend!
Microwave Baked Apples (Yields for 2)

Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn
You know that saying you should never settle for less. As much as kettle corn is oh-so yummy, here’s a way to have sticky and sweet doable homemade dorm popcorn. This is great if anyone is having a movie night with their friends or just want some good ol’ stress eats.
1. Melt butter and cinnamon, sugar in the microwave for 30 seconds. Let it cool for five minutes.
2. Pop a bag of fresh butter popcorn.
3. Pour the butter mixture into the popcorn bag, and shake it up, and pour it in a big size bowl.
4. Start munching!
