Campus Cash: New Way to Pay

Vanguard now offers an on-campus card system called “Campus Cash.” With a simple swipe of your ID card, you can use your Campus Cash to make purchases at the bookstore, mailroom or to rent a bike.

Campus Cash works much like a bank debit card on your Vanguard ID. Instead of paying in cash, you can pay with your card.

It is provides safety. Students do not have to worry about carrying around cash, credit cards, or debit cards. Instead their money is secure on the card, which cannot be used off campus.

If your card needs to be replaced the funds are immediately available.

Students can load how ever much they want onto the account, with a minimum deposit of $10. To place money on your account, simply go to the Cashier’s Office.

Campus Cash also saves time by allowing people to swipe and go without having to wait for change!

The in-house service is offered to both students and faculty. It is intended to make the campus experience both safer and smoother.
